Scope of Services: The services provided by Tripomaniac shall be strictly limited to those expressly enumerated within the agreed-upon package. Any services not explicitly included are excluded. Transportation: The base package includes transportation by public shared vehicles. Private vehicle arrangements are available at an additional cost, which shall be quoted separately. Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the package price. Clients are advised to secure their own travel insurance coverage. Personal Property:Trpomaniac shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of clients' personal belongings. Clients are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their possessions. Admission fees: Clients are responsible for the purchase of all admission tickets to parks, zoos, attractions, or other venues, unless otherwise explicitly specified in the package. Meals: Only the meals specified in the package itinerary shall be provided by [Company Name]. Any additional food or beverages are the responsibility of the client. Client conduct: Tripomaniac reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of services, in the event of any client misconduct, including but not limited to, harassment or abuse of company personnel or hosts. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due prior to the commencement of the journey. Failure to remit the balance shall result in the cancellation of services. Damange liability: Clients shall be held fully liable for any damages caused by them to hotel accommodations, vehicles, or any other property during the trip. [Company Name] shall not assume responsibility for such damages. Pick-up and Drop-off: Pickup and drop-off locations shall be strictly limited to those specified in the booking confirmation. Excluded meals: Meals not included in the package are subject to additional charges. Excluded accommodation: Hotel accommodations not included in the package are subject to additional charges. Excluded transporation: Transportation not included in the package is subject to additional charges. Seasonal surcharges:Tripomaniacreserves the right to impose seasonal surcharges, which shall be communicated to the client at the time of booking. Booking Deadline: Bookings must be made at least thirty-six (36) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the trip. Vehicle permit: Vehicle permit fees, including parking and road tax, are included in the package price. Any other associated fees are excluded. Discount: No discounts shall be offered for group trips. Adventure activities: In the event of trekking or other adventure activities, clients are solely responsible for adhering to all rules and guidelines provided by Tripomaniac and its guides. Tripomaniac shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from clients' failure to comply with such rules and guidelines. No assistance will be allocated from our end if the client does not follow the provided guidelines.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

1. If you purchase Travel Security from Tripomaniac, You will get facilities in cancellation. 2. If you have Travel Security you will get Madical support from our end. Heres How To Avail > Click a picture of the Bills ( Hospitalization / Madicine ). > Make sure you do not buy medicine for home use. It is for emergency purpose. You have to show the doctor prescription to avail the travel security. > Submit the doctor's prescription and Submit the bill of the madical store (upto 1000 recover). > Travel Security only Valid during your Trip days. > Recover your amount of expenses after completing the trip. > Cross check will be done from our end. 3. If you left your carriage in the Hotel/Car, The product will be delivered at your place for free. Heres How To Avail > Submit the details of the product you left in the Hotel/car. > We will try to find, incase we can't find we will send you the proof by sending real time images of the Hotel/Car. > If we find the product we will currier at your home for free. > Cross check will be done from our end. 4. Avail your "Travel Security" by contacting us from the contact page. Heres How To Avail > leave a message as "Travel Security Issue". > Fill up the details. > Our expert will contact with you for further procedure.
1) People who will not book as per the company policy, refund can not be done from Tripomaniac's end. 2) Get 50% of your advance booking if you cancel before 45 days of your trip starts. 3) If you purchased "Travel Security", you will get 50% of your advance booking if you cancel even before 30 days of your trip starts. 4) If you cancel under 7 days, you will not be getting any refund. Instead you will get 10% off on your next trip. 5) If the advance booking is not as per company policy (50%), then there will be no refund.(Travel security will not be valid anymore) 6) In that case of cancelation those who canceled, have to return the travel security as penalty and they will be offered 10% on any trip with us (Valid only 2 month from last trip date.).
